Blog from Bolivia: That Kosovo, Goldberg, Bolivia Thing

As long as Bolivia is one of the largest recipients of foreign aid in the Western Hemisphere, it has no right (again, no right) to protest the interference of the countries it receives all those goodies from. .... Additionally, the 120 million a year (or whatever amount) the US gives to Bolivia is with concealed intentions to impose Washington's unilateral and self-protecting political, economical and military agenda in poor countries like Bolivia. Is this what you call help?
